P\u0159idat k nim m\u016f\u017eeme tak\u00e9 p\u00e1r (cca 50 a\u017e 100 ks) kv\u011bt\u016f sedmikr\u00e1sky. Kv\u011bty v\u017edy sb\u00edr\u00e1me v m\u00edstech, kde lze vylou\u010dit jejich zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed. Vhodn\u00e9 nejsou lokality bl\u00edzko silnic (prach, zplodiny z aut) a pol\u00ed (chemick\u00e9 post\u0159iky). Na sb\u011br vyr\u00e1\u017e\u00edme za slunn\u00e9ho po\u010das\u00ed, kdy jsou kv\u011bty otev\u0159en\u00e9. Doma je nech\u00e1me trochu uvadnout, opust\u00ed je hmyz. Nikdy kv\u011bty nemyjeme!\t\tCukr dle chuti, citrusy bio\tDal\u0161\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eitou ingredienc\u00ed je cukr. M\u016f\u017eeme pou\u017e\u00edt klasick\u00fd b\u00edl\u00fd (krupici) i t\u0159tinov\u00fd. Z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na na\u0161\u00ed chuti. Pak u\u017e si p\u0159iprav\u00edme jen citron a pomeran\u010d (chemicky neo\u0161et\u0159en\u00e9, bio). A samoz\u0159ejm\u011b vodu.\t\u00a0\tVa\u0159en\u00fd i neva\u0159en\u00fd\tZa\u010dneme receptem na sirup neva\u0159en\u00fd. Do v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed sklenice d\u00e1me asi 100 ks kv\u011bt\u016f a zasypeme je 400 gramy cukru. Sklenici uzav\u0159eme v\u00ed\u010dkem a nech\u00e1me na slunci. Nech\u00e1me ji tam dva dny a ob\u010das s n\u00ed pooto\u010d\u00edme, aby se cukr dostal na v\u0161echny kv\u011bty. Po dvou dnech dolijeme do sklenice 200 ml vody a nech\u00e1me sirup je\u0161t\u011b jeden den, aby se ule\u017eel. Pak obsah sklenice sced\u00edme a dobrota je hotov\u00e1. Skladujeme v lednici.\t\u00a0\tP\u0159ipravit sirup va\u0159en\u00fd tak\u00e9 nen\u00ed nic slo\u017eit\u00e9ho. Jedn\u00e1 se o prav\u00fd \u201epampeli\u0161kov\u00fd med\u201c. Do hrnce d\u00e1me 500 ks kv\u011bt\u016f, 1 kg cukru, jeden citron a jeden pomeran\u010d (nakr\u00e1jen\u00e9 na pl\u00e1tky) a 2 litry vody. Dob\u0159e prom\u00edch\u00e1me a p\u0159ivedeme (za st\u00e1l\u00e9ho m\u00edch\u00e1n\u00ed) k varu. Po zchladnut\u00ed p\u0159ikryjeme a ulo\u017e\u00edme na dva dny do lednice, aby se vylouhoval. Pak zced\u00edme (kv\u011bty je\u0161t\u011b vyma\u010dk\u00e1me) a pozvolna va\u0159\u00edme (nezapom\u00edn\u00e1me m\u00edchat) asi hodinu a p\u016fl. Dojde ke zhoustnut\u00ed na spr\u00e1vnou \u201emedovou\u201c konzistenci. Tu zkontrolujeme, kdy\u017e nech\u00e1me trochu sirupu zchladnout na tal\u00ed\u0159ku (jako kdy\u017e va\u0159\u00edme marmel\u00e1du). Po dosa\u017een\u00ed t\u00e9 spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 m\u00e1me hotovo.
